Our heritage
The company was founded in 1978 by James A. Klotz and Paul Feinsilver,
both of whom still lead the company today. We are active in numerous
civic, philanthropic and professional organizations. Mr. Klotz currently
serves on the FINRA District #7 nominating and consultative committees.
From offices in North Miami Beach and Boca Raton, Florida, we have
earned a reputation for providing exceptional value and expertise
to tax-free bond buyers across the country. We were pioneers several
