If Puerto Rico gets approval to file Chapter 9 – and does – will this be good or bad for the bondholders?

Although we are doubtful that Chapter 9 filing will be available to the commonwealth, it might turn out to be positive for bondholders by providing an orderly restructuring process as opposed to lengthy and expensive litigation.
